CASE / LUCY IN THE SKY

Lucy in the Sky is a rooftop restaurant and bar that serves modern bistro food in a unique location over 80 meters above the roof of the iconic Accountor Tower in Keilaniemi, Espoo. Glass walls offer views in four different directions; the landscape visible varies from Nuuksio National Park to the urban city centre of Helsinki and the magnificent Finnish archipelago. When building the restaurant, the spirit of the 70's was followed and Uolevi Raade’s work and traditions honoured to preserve the spirit of the building. The restaurant can accommodate up to 150 guests.

TRB was involved in the project to support Joni Laakko of HGRPP with procurement of non-fixed furniture, co-ordination of the implementation of the interior architect’s vision, and keeping with the schedule and the furniture budget. In addition, TRB arranged the storage of furniture and coordinated installation works. JEDX’s flexible and professional installation team served as TRB’s installation partner.

TRB’s cost-effective and transparent Open Book contract enabled procurement of high-quality products complying with the designs of Tiina Rytkönen, the interior designer, for the customer.
